Refund & Returns Policy

Free returns
To request a free return, email support@areslaboratories.com no later than the day after your package is delivered. Please include your order number.
Vials must be unopened. The outer packaging may be opened. We cover return shipping. Contact us for return instructions before sending your package back.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged, missing or incorrect, email us with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued once we receive and check your return, normally within 5 business days.
Zelle: refunded by Zelle to the account you paid from.
Cryptocurrency: refunded for the U.S. dollar amount of your order, in the same cryptocurrency, to a wallet address you provide. Network fees may be deducted.
Orders we cancel
Orders cancelled by us, including orders refused under our Research Use Policy, are refunded in full.
