All Ares Labs products are sold for laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, food, dietary supplements or cosmetics, and are not for human or animal consumption.
These terms apply to every visit to areslaboratories.com and every order placed with Ares Labs (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who may buy
You must be at least 18 years old. By ordering, you confirm that you are purchasing for lawful laboratory research and that you are qualified to handle research materials safely.
2. Research use only
Products are intended for in-vitro research and laboratory use. You agree not to use, sell or supply any product for human or animal consumption, therapeutic, diagnostic or cosmetic use. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no statement on this site has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
We may refuse or cancel any order, and refund it, if we believe a product will be used outside these terms, including when an order, message or review describes human use.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply where you live and work, and for storing, handling and disposing of products safely.
4. Orders, pricing and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept Zelle and cryptocurrency. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or becomes unavailable, we will contact you and either correct the order or refund it in full.
5. Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) is $6 and free on orders over $200. Priority shipping (USPS Priority Mail) is $12. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your package.
6. Returns
Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy.
7. Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can, including amounts, compositions and third-party lab reports where available. Product information is provided for research reference only.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any harm resulting from use of a product outside these terms.
9. Indemnity
You agree to hold Ares Labs harmless from claims arising from your misuse of a product or your breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
