Do you accept credit cards?
Not at this time.
When is my order confirmed?
Crypto orders confirm automatically once the payment arrives. Zelle orders are confirmed when we match your payment to your order number — please include it in the Zelle memo.
Do you have a discount for new customers?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, any time before it ships. Email us with your order number.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Within the United States only.
How much is shipping?
Standard (USPS Ground Advantage, 2–5 business days) is $6, and free on orders over $200. Priority (USPS Priority Mail, 1–3 business days) is $12.
When will my order ship?
Once your payment is confirmed. You’ll receive an email with tracking information when it ships.
Where is my order?
Check the tracking link in your shipping email, or log in to My Account to see your order status. Still stuck? Email us.
Returns & issues
What is your return policy?
Free returns on unopened vials when requested by the day after delivery. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect.
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Are your products tested?
Third-party lab reports (certificates of analysis) are shown on product pages where available, and are available on request for other products.
Who are your products for?
